What is the most dense thing you can put in your boat to weight it down other than water, sand, or lead?
I was talking to Gerry Nunn today and he said that you could use bundles of shingles?

buckets of concrete. I picked a stump out of the water that was useful, but all these red little worm things were coming out of it. Don't know what they were.

okay.... so had this brilliant idea to weigh my boat down after my Ebay search for depleted uranium came up with zilch and my jeweler didnt have enough platinum to satisfy my needs. Only downside... the wind came up and moved the boat just slightly away from the dock.... needless to say, my ballast idea failed terribly.

Take out the floor and install a marble floor throughout. Then you'd be pimpin' and slammed! Might be a little slippery but the look would get you over it.

I like the "Premium Mobil Ballast" System. We use one regularly. Best part is he's the richest one so he feeds himself plus us. A fat dog helps too until he sees a tasty stick in the water.
