Like the title says, I want to relocate the 3.5mm aux input jack on my vride. Currently it's down by the driver's feet/cupholder. I'd like to relocate it to the other side of the boat so the passengers can dj while the cap'n drives the boat.

I know I can just string a long cable like this one up around the bow:

(and in fact I have that very cable with the intent to do just that)

But now I'm thinking that I want it to look a bit more professional. What's the best way to do this?}

I have the same exact boat and I had to run everything from the drivers sides to the passenger side. Kept my ipod interface over on the drivers side but ran all the speaker wires and amp wires that way. Only way that I know to do it. Sorry for the little info from me....

yeah I know how to get the wires there physically... what I'm asking is how to make the outlet on the passenger side look good and not just like a dangled cable.

My brothers Nautique had the radio replaced with a conection on the front but look at the old cnection just to the right of the head unit. Is that what you are looking for?

YES! But relocated to the passenger side, and I'd prefer it to be a 3.5mm (headphone) jack.

That is the passenger side on his boat(glove box). The previous owner used a short cord like you posted and plugged it in to those rca jacks. They are no longer need now because of the new head unit.

I think I found what you need. Looks real clean.
