What are your supports made of? I have a 2002 Sanger and mine are made out of unpainted steel. The funny part is they use stainless steel screws but the brackets are regular unpainted metal. Because of this they are covered with rust.

Please let me know what you boat has!

P.S. I have removed the brackets wire brushed the rust off and have painted them FYI

Same here. If you are using the steel brackets again... check out http://www.porstore.com/

I have a few friends that have restored older cars and they swear by this stuff to stop rust.
