Does anyone know for SURE about minors at this event?

I called Sara, at Lake Tulloch a few weeks ago and she was saying 18+. The poster of the event says 18+ but the text above it indicates they are holding kids wakesurfing divisions? Maybe for guys and gals OVER 18, but acting less than that?
Anyone with kids thinking about entering, might want to confirm first.
