Ok,

Long story short. I broke a fork on one of my series one board racks last weekend. I couldn't find anyone that sells them nearby, so I decided to contact Fusion direct. I called and left a message Tuesday night. First thing next morning a gal calls me back. I told her what happened and that I was desperate to have it replaced by the weekend. She told me the rack was past warranty but she could sell me a replacement for the broken fork at cost. I was elated at that point just knowing I didn't have to dole out a bunch of cash for a brand new rack. She told me she'd try to get it out asap. Well I figured it would take until at least early next week.

NOPE!

When I got home today the part was on my door step.

THANK YOU TO THE FOLKS AT FUSION! YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REGARDING MY SITUATION WAS FAN FREAKIN TASTIC!

About three years ago I had a problem with a rack, nothing real drastic. I called Fusion. Three days later same thing. New rack and they threw in a Fusion shirt. Unreal service.

the thread title led me to think you were going to tear 'em a new one like you do when you talk about the rams.

Ryan, I am sorry, but I cannot find their number. I do remember it being a real adventure trying to find it. I finally went to Ultimate Water sports in San Jose, and an employee gave me the #.

I have 5 calls into them so I can file some warranty claims on some stuff. No returned phone calls, I sent them a fax. no response. I pretty sure the 925 number is the one I have on file. I hope I get some kinda of phone call. I have tons of warranty stuff piling up.

Ryan lets not blow things out of proportion?.... they only make 4 items to have claims on, and not like you got 4 or 5 boats.

I've had nothing but problems. It took 4.5 months to get a clamp and the same (but still waiting) on a replacement speaker. Not so impressed! Good to hear things worked out for some of you guys.
