The price definitely looks to be on the low side, and I definitely wouldn't consider 400 hours to be excessive. Something doesn't seem to be right though.

i could see that price if it is under powered with the 310 in it, but it is very low

I don't believe the 310 is available in the '03 and up X-Star. MCX and up.
