09 Ronix Cell Strap Ripped

So, I have only used these for 10 sets or so. Last week, I went to tighten the lower lace and the rubber strap that connects the lace to the inside of the boot ripped out.

I shot a note to Ronix assuming there will be a quick replacement. This is my first Ronix product, so I'm curious to see how it will be handled.

Love these boots otherwise!

Mine did the same thing. i was a little bummed it happened with very little use on them. my local shop was on it quick, no questions asked. they said the new pair would be here in about 10 days. even better they are sending 2010 models.

Nice - Ronix recommended doing the same thing. My fingers are crossed for the 2010's as well!

Same exact thing happened to me on my 09 Ones this weekend. Ronix said that the early 09 boots had this problem? They had me contact the dealer I purchased from and they will take care of it.
