extra caps for ballast bags

Where can I find extra caps and the inserts for ballast bags, I seemed to have misplaced one.

just go to any shop that carries ballasts and they will hook you up (most of the time for free)

Walmart has them, but good luck finding them, I asked 3 or 4 people and they all pointed different directions. I just stumbled upon them.

Wal Mart carries the waterbed caps in the bedding/bathroom section. Try looking at the corner of those sections. Or any waterbed store, but they are more expensive their.
