CWB Pure

Whats every1 think about the 04 pure? Any1 own and can give there opinion?

I just got one and like it a lot. I'm coming from a 2000 Belmont and the first thing I noticed was the softness of the landings. I think CWB is onto something with that center spine deal. Other than that, I can't comment further because I've only been on it twice since receiving it for Xmas.

The pure is the '02 Absolute. Read the reviews for that one.

Are you sure the Pure isn't the 03 Absolute? Would they make an 04 board using an 02 mold?

The '02 has a batwing tail. Connelly moves their top boards down a notch when a new board comes out every year.

The flame is the '03 Absolute

I say go with freedom or flame depending on your weight becauz they're amazing, I curently own the freedom and its amazing, and it is an absolute '03

The Freedom/FLame is the '03 Absolute, but with less rocker. Freedom has 2.25" of rocker, Flame (140cm)has 2.45" and the '03 Absolute has 2.70" of rocker. I'm thinking they wanted the Freedom/Flame to be a little faster with the Absolute mold.
