Turnaround on perfect pass solenoid

My Electric pp motor went out and is being sent it on warranty just curious if Antony has had any experience with this and how long it takes. I really don't wanna miss riding time.

Just had to replace mine. They send it 2nd day fed ex.

Its fast. I got mine within a day or two and they are on the east coast.

Did u guys have to send your bad one in first?? Was it bad due to water damage??

I just bought a new one and yes it froze due to water exposure.

No, you don't have to send it in. I took mine apart was able to get it to free up, but locked up again. I'll try to spend a little more time going through it and keep it as a back up. I think it was around $160 shipped.
