Not a custom front clip. Brand new f350 with a rear skin from an older excursion.

I went to the website and it said that they use new trucks and then a donor Excursion rear end. I think you guys are saying the same thing here. I know a guy in Idaho that has done this same thing.

Well that is pretty f'n cool. The interior was all 2011 too. Ford should really get this out there again.

tall - I think I'll be there. A bunch of my friends want to do a camping trip that weekend anyway, just trying to find a spot.

His shop isn't far from my place. We get to see lots of his creations running around town.
They are very nice.
I'd love to have a 7.3 powered ford "mega cab" with a extended cab added to a 4 door. It's only money right?

eh ok, your right. I guess the front half is brand new and the back half is old? I still wouldn't call it a 2011 Excursion.

Theres a guy out there somewhere who took an old excursion and put the front clip from the 2010's on it when they came out 2 years ago. Much more cost effective that way, AND, if you have an excursion with the 7.3L and you put the new front end on it....it would be awesome!!!
