I had my heart set on a 167 skunk ape but can't find one anywhere. I've been told they ride bigger than they are. Would I be happy with a 162? I currently ride a 162 Burton seven. I like it but I don't ride park, mostly free style and would like something that holds a good edge and maybe a little wider stance( I think). I am 195lbs 6'3 with 11 boot. Any advice would be appreciated. thanks.
i was told the same thing. i should ride a 160 normal board but supposedly because of the magne traction you can ride alot shorter. i was told to ride a 151-154 depending on what i wanted to do
162 skunk ape would be sick for you. I got one if you interested. and yes, it is true that you are gunna be able to ride a shorter board, but its cuz of the banana rocker.... PM me if you want this skunk ape, i only got one
IM 6'2 225 and i ride a burton baron 159 and a burton custom 164. with those to boards i can ride anything. Dont go so big you will regret it, unless your riding deep pow everyday all day
