How are your articulating sampson mirror brackets holding up? Do they stay tight. Thinking of buying one.

Never had any issues with mine. I have the illusion tower. Great mirror mount!

They generally hold up fine - there are two bolts only accessable inside the clamp that sometimes come loose - just throw some blue locktite on them though and never have a problem.

There is a upgrade to the tower clamp for the Malibu Illusion applications. The upgrade is a simple lock washer type grooving in the clamp points. This keeps the mirror arm from moving.

I've got one on my Epic and it stays tight for me. The mirror functions phenominally and looks awesome to boot

I have an old style tower. Yea, I think the adjustability is what I need for my situation. My current Boss mirror arm does not work for my setup. I'm placing an order. How do you go wrong with Sampson's money back guarantee. Thank for the input...and video.

What could I sell the mirror that attaches to the walkway window for? I may sell it and pick up one of these? I hear the walkway mirrors aren't cheap at all either.

I have the samson Mirror and I havent had any problems. They have a quick release that makes it nice for trailering. Also customer service is awesome. I upgraded my boat and needed a different size mount and they bought my old one back and sent me out a new one.
