Hyperlite: 3Ds vs old Drifter

I am riding the old Drifter and it has been a great board, but is falling apart. I want a board that has the same pop and feels the same on my cuts....Has anyone checked out the Hyperlit 3D's??

I went from the Drifter, to the TFD, to the 3DS and each one gets looser, more pop, and softer landings than the last. There are lots of great boards out there, but coming from the drifter, you will feel at home with the 3DS.
