I ride a watson fly 138 from a couple years ago (got it off ebay with a manufacturer defect for cheap).
Boats were a:
98 Air Nautique (stock ballast)
Mastercraft Prostar 209 w/ 2000 lbs. water
Malibu iRide w/ 2000 lbs ballast + wedge.
