From what Jeremy said, i have only ridden the marek but can tell you it is the single best board i have ever ridden. That things is so quick when it is on edge, however still rides loose when not on edge. The board is super light and the pop is outstanding. I know this doesnt help you compare however i can tell you that you will not be dissapointed with the Marek, I actually have not heard a single complaint on this board.
I just rode the S4 2 or 3 times now, and from what Steven says, makes it sound to me like the same board (except for price...). We do have a Marek here as well, might try that one over the next few weeks. I so, I'll post my findings here.
I would go 141 at that height and weight...I ride a DHV1 137 at 5'9 140. If for nothing else you would want a bigger board for the wider stance options. You may like the feel of a smaller board but after 2 sets you will be used to the size and it wont feel any different than the smaller one except for the obvious increase in pop and softer landings. I know this because I came from a 133 to a 137.
going from your 138 watson to a 136 marek would be like riding a kids board for you. the marek is super light, not sure if its lighter than the watson but pretty darn close. a 141 would be ideal for you.
i am 6'1" 175 and ride the 56 byerly monarch and wish they made a bigger one

I think you would enjoy either. But a bigger board will get you more pop and softer landings from more surface area. As long as you are big enough to control it. And you are
I'm 5'8 and i went from a 137 one to the 141 marek and loved it. It felt way poppier and had softer landings. I was skeptical about the size difference but i'd say go for it you'll like it.
