01 X-star - is there something like carfax

I am looking at an 01 X-Star, everything looks great and it runs and drives awesome.

I have the vin number, could any mastercraft dealer tell me about the service records for this particular boat.

Is there something like carfax for boats?

Ask the owner for the service records? How many hours? It may not have needed much service work performed. Are the oils clean? Does it run well? Is the hull and interior to your satisfaction? If yes, make an offer to buy the boat.
