I'm getting an 06 Era and am having trouble finding a good boot to go with it. I was looking for an 05 Murray but i can't seem to find one in an XL. Any other ideas on a binding that will look good, support, and cost around $150 new?

I've got a size 12 foot btw w/intermediate skill.

$150 is limited... look in to an older era boot. You can *sometimes* find them lying around from last year or 05. XL is the most common size, I just tried to demo a set of Gator bindings and the shop had no XL's (12-13) left from this years stock in any brand (liquid force, hyperlite, gator, etc.).

The Era's are good boots. Check Grizzly Sports on ebay. They will probably have some in your price range.

Yeah i'm buying my board from Grizzly Sports. I've read lots of reviews on here about the 06 era boots and their tendency to rip. Otherwise i would get some of those. I don't really want to shell out 300 for the 07 era. Does Grizzly Sports warranty their stuff?

Nick, If You Can Find Murrays in XL Deffinately Go With Them, I Have Them, And Love Them, My Brother Is Buying Himself A Paif For His Setup, And SO Many People Put Them On Thier Boards Whatever It May Be [J.D. Webb's Setup Is Sick]. They Are Supporting, Yet Have The Right Amount Of Side-To-Side Motion For Really Tweakin Those Grabs Makin 'Em Real Stylish. Again IF You Can Find Them. [P.S I Wear 11 1/2 Shoe and L Size Binding, Have You Tried oin The L?]

I've tried on a large sized parks on a 2003 parks 143, my foot cramped after about five minutes and it took me forever to get them off. I'm pretty sure i need an XL b/c i have a wide foot too. What year Murrays do you have?
