Alright, you guys can probably stop with the number choosing. Even if we can come up with different numbers, which I kind of doubt, it would 100% be determined by the first one to get their money in!

I think you pick the number as the year WakeWorld started.

it should be a limited edition things, people who posted numbers get one, and their number... everyone else will have to pay like 6x more from someone who got one.

Instead of just copying the previous events and teams with jerseys, take it a step further...

Matching shorts, knee high wake socks, and a slider helmet that is painted to look like a basketball.

Any news on weather or not your guys are gonna be putting WW jerseys out? If not then maybe a large patch so we can represent WW on our own.

Actually, my shirt guy doesn't have a source for these types of jerseys, so if anybody know of a place that can do something like this, hit me up via email.

I think I'd like to do something like the one above that Parks is wearing, but with blue trim and stripes instead. As far as customizing with numbers and names, that will be a cost issue that will have to be sorted out when we find somebody that can do this.

You're one of about six people on this thread that have offered up some kind of hookup on the jerseys, so I'm just trying let everyone know at once. Sounds like these things aren't very run-of-the-mill, so the more the merrier!

The mentioning of a patch from Jesse J. got me thinking that it would be really cool if all the major wake companies and affiliates would make patches for there respective companies that people could use to decorate their future jersey just as some do with stickers to decorate their board.

the previous idea of getting other companies to sponsor the project and putting a logo on is cool too

I don't have any ideas on who could supply the jerseys other than what a quick google search could turn up.
MAYBE, someone can get ahold of parks and ask him who did the jerseys for the Double or nothing and go from there

i'm sure those are FOX jersey's for the DU or nothing.

There's other companies out here that sell jersey's as well....DVS, DC, hell just ab every major clothing brand associated w/ our sport puts out a jersey of some sorts...

if i had to choose i'd say we politely ask Mr. Murray if him and the boys at FOX could conjure up something for us...

David, I know of two places here in davis that will do that if it doesn't work with Umali, so let me know. I also may have acess to an iron-on printer and machine.

Ok guys, we're starting to get some pricing info on these and I need everybody's opinion. We're looking at either single-sided jerseys or reversible double-sided jerseys. The colors will be white, blue and gray. All jerseys come with the WakeWorld logo on the front and a number and name of your choosing on the back. Logo, number and names will be sewn-on in order to avoid the cracking that might occur with screening.

I will get more design info for you in a bit, but assuming you like the design, let me know a couple of things.

First, would you pay these prices. Second, which type of jersey would you prefer? Third, would you be willing and able to pay in advance (obviously, no custom names/numbers will be done without payment up front).

Option #1 - Single-sided - $40
Option #2 - Reversible (double-sided) - $60

option #1, The price is perfect, and I would have no problem paying in advance!!

Let me throw one more question in. If you want the single-sided version, which would you prefer to be the dominant color...

Your original looks pretty good. The white with blue lettering but what about those dirty lakes, that white could turn green really quick.

Gray as the dominant color, it won't get mucked up and it won't get hot!!

option #1 and yes to paying in advance. i think gray would be the best dominant color, white would be cool, but it would turn a different color quickly. these will be sooo sick, can't wait to get one (if it happens, which it will).

Haha, but we're all poor wakeboarders!! All the reversibles I've had in the past get tangled up in the dryer and are a pain, maybe there has been some advances in jersey technology lately, who knows lol

David ~~ I'm for the single sided due to baggieness and tangled up when washing. I play basketball in a reversiable and the thing goes everywhere. On sided I see a tighter fit and a little more durable when taking a beating. I myself wont wear it while riding ( I like the vest sun tan ) but support it when while on and off the boat. For color I'm down for the White jersey with the accent colors. I like to wash with bleach.

I go for option 1 and white being the dominant color. If you never wash your jersey yes it'll get filthy. But I ride the delta and have never had a problem!

fwiw, imo pinstripes make the jersey....if we're talkin' about baseball jerseys.

i would say one sided, white main color with blue secondary, and i would definetly pay for one upfront.

I'm not buying if they don't come with complementary matching short shorts ("Juicy" on the ass = optional)

No, there are no pinstripes. I decided I didn't want to copy the cool look of the Double or Nothing jerseys. I figured we'd get our own look going.

We're looking at a 30-45 days to get them done. So I really want to get going on this so we could possibly have them by Spring Ride.

how about we put the wakeworld globe kind of near the bottom right, really big, and kind of cut off or onto the back ? (ie watson tee) that'd look pretty tight

Likin the font, but imo it'd look better if the lighter blue bits were punched out and just had the background color in there and just fill in one of the sections like on the logo here

I agree the world logo should only be the backround with white showing through ..the blue shade makes it blah..

Also Agreed on the logo. Take the lighter blue backing behind the globe out. let the jersey show thru in those areas. Also as soon as orders start getting taken I want IN!

Dave, You said triple numbers will be availble? so this means you are planning on offering custom numbers? Will a name on the back be availble also?

I was gona suggest the same thing that Josh Weitekamp (da_kamp) suggested, that the wakeworld globe could be put in the bottom corner of the shirt and allow it to wrap arround the side and to the back

also, i could care less if someone has the same number as another. I think that it would be kind of difficult to keep records of numbers taken. And evn MORE difficult to decide the ruling on how long a wakeworlder has claim on that number... till death do the number part???

i like that sample a lot, maybe if the bottom globe was a little smaller or wrapped more to the back. custom names and numbers would be awesome. with this many people multiple jerseys with the same number would be a must and it wouldnt bother me at all.
