I just checked out MadDogProducts.com and they sell HEAVY-DUTY Trailer Guide Pads and my pair just came in and they rock.

I called and talked to a guy there and he's the dude I know when I worked at a dealership and bought guide pads, he does all the logod pads for Malibu, Correct Craft, Mastercraft and the majority of Skier's Choice, Tige, and Centurion dealers...

Sick of guide pads that rip and fade...I think we've finally got an answer! The Heavy-Duty Capped Ends pads are the whip!

Peace Out,

Ben

Hey wickedwakedude,
Did you check out the trailer guide pads from "wickedwakes"? Given your nickname, I would have assumed you would. I have had a pair of these pads for 2 years now, sitting out in the sun and weather all year round (Texas). They are in perfect shape, no fading and not a single rip or tear. Check with Howard Morton (wickedwakes@yahoo.com).

did anyone else get an email from this maddogproducts.com yesterday about these guide polls?
Are they going through and pulling emails off the site and blasting people?
What is the scoop here?

If you're concerned about fading, just slide the pads off, and store them under a seat when the boat's not being used. You only need them when launching, and trailering anyway. Plus, you don't want to spend good money on those bad boys, and then have someone lift them from ya.
