Ok I have just spoken with my dealer here in Hong Kong, he said Nautique is not building Coastal Edition and theres no saltwater engine available(AKA Crusader Watersports Series Engine)? Due to internal restructuring so other engine option are not available?

Is he BSing? I hope hes wrong, I want to buy a 210 Coastal Edition from him and since hes the only dealer here I dont want to confront him saying that he is wrong...

And he keeps saying PCM engine with Fresh Water Cooling and Fresh Water Flush is sufficient for salt water use! Im like yea thats what I have been doing with my Moomba and I can tell you its not sufficient! Changing exhausts manifold every two years is not a solution, I want a legit salt water use engine thats worry free!

Help guys!

May be some one from the Nautique Head Office can help me out?

This is not a true statement from the dealer. The Coastal Edition is available and they all come with the Crusader Watersports Series Engine.

I'm not sure if I would trust that dealer. It seems like he is just trying to get rid of what he has in stock.

it's OK if you don't have any CC's on the lot...that will actually give the buyer exactly what he wants... because it would be built for him....actually would be able to pick everything out for the boat....

It now sounds like the guy doesn't really know how to represent CC. Either hasn't been informed properly of the product he is selling or... just doesn't read up himself on the product.

Correct Craft is laying off 100+ people this month at the factory in Orlando so maybe its just going to take a long time to build one.
