How is the Sac River Levels

Discovery, Elkhorn????

Very low. My buddy tried to launch his pontoon boat at Elkhorn this week. He had to back so far in, his trailer went off the ramp and jacked up his fenders as it dropped off.

I ruined my prop at discovery with only 4 people in the boat. Water is SUPER low. Anyone know a better spot to launch on the river.

Try about 5 hours later when the tide is in..... Check the tide tables for high and low tides.

Acctually, I heard that the river is gonna be real low this year... Everyone should find another place to ride.

The tide does not effect the river in Sac I didn't think? There is a launchon the Yolo side of the river just south of Elkhorn.

The River up past Wimpies is not affected by tide. The river is low and their is a threat of damage but with the low water leval comes great water conditions

Acctually there is still about a 4' tide above Wimpies. Go into the meadows and check out the beaches, and water line on the bridges.
