I really don't know what to think I sent my ronix one bindings in because I had bent both the wakeplates (from mad air on my shred stick) and loose threads and they come back months later and all they do is replace the plates and all the stitching is still unrepaired. I used to rock alot of hyperlite and I would send in my bindings for something and I would get a new pair back/ send my bindings in and get a new pair back/ send my bindings in and get a new pair back; if i were ronix right now I would be trying to match hyperlites customer service but maybe im over reacting
