I need you to Photoshop a pic for me

If anyone is good with Photoshop or image editing software, I need a picture touched up that I pulled from a VHS tape. I am terrible at photoshop or else I would do it myself. How about a before and after? I'm visualizing a VHS frame grab and going YUCK. I'd love to see what magic PS could work on that and hear about the techniques used.
