I was wondering about how big of a wake u need to wakesurf and if u can do it behind an inboard/outboard. My boat has about a waisthigh wake were u wakesurf at. Is it enough?

You should not do it behind an i/o, period.

Ive surfd bhind my i/o a bunch. I dug out my old longboard (8'3') it was pretty funny and a bit difficult to stay with the wake. Just make sure you dont fall directly behind boat.

Behind an outboard or an I/O is just asking for trouble. I would high recomend not trying that. Surfing is for inboards, it's not worth losing a limb and not ever being able to surf again.
