anyone familiar with this program.. im trying to cut out a picture and make a new background behind it. how can i do this..

is there an online guide for this program that has all these kind of tips in there?

Layers then move.

Open your background photo.

Open your photo to be cut/open it in layers and unlock if needed.

Crop it then use the move tool. Clean up edges if needed then flatten the layers.

There are a lot of different ways, here is another:

open both your foreground and background image, select the part of the image you want to cut out using the selection tool or magic wand tool, drag the selection over the BG image using the move tool or cut/copy and paste to the BG image.
