Definitely tint it. I like the tower too.

I would like to tint the window, but don't want to have it bubble with the heat under the cover. Even on a moderately warm day, the temp under the cover is about 120 degrees.

I am not happy about the bad luck of having a sunk boat in my post!! LOLOL.

WOW, this is turning into a Tige for president thread. I Love mine, and had nothing but good luck with my old Tige, a '98 pre2002 (Pics up) so I can't complain so far.

I don't think there is a bad boat anymore, although there seem to be some lemons out there.

The sunk one looked like a MC to me!

Hey, I like the looks of the new Tige's, especially the tower, but what I can't figure out is why they do not make the uprights on the tower into swivels for board racks.

probably for structural reasons. not much vertical support there, other than that piece. they should, however, mount swivels to the plates.

great looking boats

If I remember, I read it sunk in a storm somewhere out west.

Sean

PS., anything west of NY is "out west"

That X Star just calls to me... it's looking really nice and I don't even care too much for Mastercraft!

On the Tige note... Ruck rides for them, and so did Lyman... can't knock a boat that sponsors/sponsored those two guys!

Be careful on that Tige...I was out on my Cousin's 22i last month and the swivel board rack fell on me after the screws ripped out. I noticed the other one was loose, so I figured I'd take it off and fix it for them, well, Tige didn't do a very good job at smoothing out their metal because that one ended up taking a big gash out of my finger.

I will compliment the Tige surf wake though. Every Tige I've surfed behind has been increadible.

Tige has been known to have problems with the board racks... I recommend everyone that has them to check it out, maybe contact Tige to see how to fix the problem.
