Well guys, I hope this helps someone who may be thinking about stereo work on their Sanger V215. Picked up most gear on Craigslist, so got good deals there. Bought the Bullets from Jaime - they absolutely ROCK! Mounted sub and amps up under dash - no loss of storage.

Here's what I did:
JL Audio HD 600/4 drives 4 Bullet Hollowpoint 770 HLCD's in chrome
Alpine PDX 1.600 drives 10" type R sub in standard, but reinforced enclosure facing forward
Phoenix Gold XS2300 drives 4 infinity marine speakers in interior
Sony cdx-M60ui head unit
Wetsounds WS420
everything runs off of aux battery

Many thanks to fellow WW'ers who helped with advice for this. I really appreciate your inputs/advice/ideas.

This is the back of the backseat - starboard side behind the cover. I was able to reuse some of the 4AWG and it wound up being cheaper to do it this way rather than run the fused dist block up to the helm.

Ginned up a shelf out of 3/4" OSB to mount the amps. Left upright is screwed to the support gusset keeping everything solid.

Alpine Type R sub mounted in premade enclosure. Shimmed off the floor by the wood slats. Also provides standoff from bulkhead.

Sub installed. note the steel plate bolted and sealed where the cheap-o speaker connector was. Used stainless bolts thru the box for connections. Also, 1x1's were used to beef up the box + generous amounts of glue.

Drivers seat view looking up underneath. Cut the false wall to reveal the amps. Fits perfect.

You really have to be on the floor to see the amps. looking at the helm normally, you wouldnt see them.
