if it's not significantly less, please support those that support the sport.

Are you saying Grizzly's doesn't support the sport? Please explain. They take good care of their customers and they are a great local store.

I guess I have short term memory because I don't recall any valid reasons from you.

Grizzly's is a good place and the guys there are top notch.

Did they do something to you Joe? There are plenty of us on wakeworld that use them and will continue to use them.

have you had issues with RV? he has always been cool to me and stood behind all warrenty issues.

no, not at all. i've never said anything bad about grizzly. i'm simply saying that if your savings isn't substantial, go to a shop that not only has awesome customer service, but also gives back to the sport. (notice: not once did i mention another shop's name, so i'm not pushing one or another)

but, if the savings is significant, by all means, go to grizzly.

laci, god, i hope you accomplish your mission soon.

What is my mission? Letting fellow wakeboarders find the best price.

I call $60 a signficant savings.

All right ladies enough.

bsflower ~ thank you for trying to save me money. That is the reason for the post.

Gary ~ thanks for the link. It looks like I need to call them on that order so I will call later, unless someone has a better hook up .

Robin, Rick, toolfan ~ thanks for the info.

Wakesports has some left overs from last year, on sale.

Ask for Tyler or Josh.

Grizzy-sports.com, 260.00 for a Bare (total price, ie shipping).

Local Boardshop, 380.00 (not including tax)for Oneill Boost. Even though they are two different suits I feel the bare, does the same job, if not better than the Oneill.

Call me what you want but I say screw who supports who and what I am going with the cheaper price.

I'm in TN and ordered a drysuit for my dad for Christmas last year from Grizzly. Even though they are across the country (TN and WA), they were great to order from: timely and had the best price around. When a seal tore almost a year later, they took back the suit, got it fixed and charged me $0! The guys from Grizzly are top notch.

Joe,

I beg to differ! Grizzly does many things to support the sport. RV and I have discussed in great detail about supporting one of our local Wakeboarding schools and helping out with some INT tournaments.

I know that skateboarding doesn't have anything to do with this post, but RV does have a skate team that are compiled of local kids that each get a deck a month and promo gear, and have there pictures up in the shop. I know once spring comes RV will do the same with a wakeboarding team.

I don't know how much a shop owner has to do to get your approval, but in my eyes RV is giving back to the sport AND wants to provide good quality products with good quality service to everyone!

it's good to hear that you and rv have discussed supporting local schools and tourneys. i hope things work out this spring.

Joe - I guess I am not alone in this world for liking Grizzly's and be willing to accept good deals, great customer service and support of the sport.

Nice to see others have had great experiences with one of my local shops.

depends on where you live...

if so cal, why not oneill ? they are a local manufacutre and a total reseal is $50 when you will need it. if up north then go boost.

agree with shawn.. wakesports has some oneils drysuits from last at a very, very good price and also great people.

good luck
