I am doing a little research and need some help. How many Pro riders are there from Texas or in Texas? I should know this but I don't. There is Evelyn Zerr, Billy G. who else? Anyone? B

Jimmy Siemers , Vortec Power Team, World Jump Record Holder, Round Rock, TX OK, so maybe he's not a pro rider, but seeing what he can do on a trick ski I think he would make a very easy transition.

Clint tompkins and Joshua Steele. Is troy Navarro from texas? Pat Mcelhenny (sp) might have been from texas--they both had wakeboard camps there. Here are a few names from an old launch magazine: Greg Lawrence, Jimmy Redmon (the shaper--does he count?), Jacob Koncak, Jason Turner, Derek Cardwell (owner of the old company Milennium), Donna Warren, and steve and paul pearce. There were other names, but they're lesser known riders (more like regional riders for hype and such). But if you want them just post and I'll include them. Also, I thought I read that dallas friday used to live in san antonio, but I don't know that the friday's were originally from texas--you might need to investigate that one. If you don't mind me asking, why are you compiling this list?

Cool. I'm pretty sure todd weatherill is from texas as well. But the others that I have not listed include: Ty Hill, Chris Wynn, Brian Howard, Dave Cornwall, Tommy Fambrough, Bella Harvath, Jim Sear, Zach Dworczyk, Mac Weston, Erin Johnsen, Ronny Bless, Rick Flores, Wade Stultz, Gabe Rex, and Kevin Kirkland. If it means anything to you, Shannon best Used to hang out in texas. In a WBM from 1995 they called him a Smithsville local. I don't know if you save any of your magazines, but I know that alliance did a trip to texas a couple of years ago. I believe the cover had the cropped shot of brian doing a shoveit onto a rail, but they only showed the board. Anyway, if you don't have that mag and you need some info, just post a request.
