Just picked it up last week. 2012 Wakesetter 247. So far I am extremely happy with the new boat. Compared to my 05 vlx I like the rough water ride better, the presets and faster pumps work well and the power wedge is handy compared to the manual one I had.

Here is transfering everthing from the old boat.

Very Nice, both of them :P lol
Where did you get your mud flap/rock chip guards from?
I made some for my truck because the ones I saw were around $300.
Made it for like 20 in parts. Doesnt look as good as the real ones, but functional none the less

I got my flaps from mudflaps.com and I got lucky and got them on sale for 160 I think. They are the rock tamer brand.

Congrats on the new ride, looks awesome! We just picked up a new 23 LSV...I love the space, can't even imagine the amount of space in the 247! We also went with 2 pair of Rev 10's on the tower, can't believe how much better I like the sound versus the 485's on our old Nauti, and they really fill out the tower nicely on the 'bu.

How do you like the tower mirror arm? i'm deciding whether to upgrade or pick up a windshield mount from PTM Edge.

Yeah I was worried that the speakers were going to look huge, but they fit with the tower nicely.
The mirror takes some getting used to, but I kind of like it being mounted on the tower so it is not affected by people going to the front and flipping up the center windshield. The only problem I am having is it moves to the side when going through chop. I can't seem to get it tight enough, but I haven't messed with it too much yet.

Lol...i had the same worry. When i put the 485's on our old 210, I was in a bit of shock when I saw how big they looked on the tower. The Rev 10's are still big, but fit much better with the bigger boat. Now that I'm used to them, I really like the look.

Kinda leaning towards the PTM mirror and putting it on the driver's side I think. they're all crazy expensive, but I really hate it when the chop constantly knocks the mirror around...and i also want to get it off the center section...
