Update on WakeSpecialty.com LED's

I have read many man posts on previous threads regarding WakeSpecialty and their lack of customer service. Many people asked if there was an update to theri shipping of product. I was foolish enough to purchase from WakeSpecialty 2 weeks ago, and I have not had any product ship yet. I have called them 3 times, and left more than 6 messages via e-mail, and can not even get a response on when the equipment will ship. I would high guard against purcahses from them in the future. Being short on product is one thing, but not returning calls, or e-mails makes it a show stopper for me. Just thought I would pass my personal experience along to the community of interest that is looking for LED lighting.

Has anyone had any luck getting parts from WakeSpecialty.com?

It took two full months but my order did come. Superbrightleds.com is great try them in the future.

You'd think w/ all the pad PR they've had in the last year people would start looking elsewhere.

You are right. I was just dumb enough not to checkout the forums before making my purchase, so it is partly my fault. However fault can only go so far, when you think that I have paid and they took my money with no problem, yet shipped me nothing and has not communicated with me. However, if I had read all the negative things about them, I would not have placed the order with them. :-(

Call your credit card company or your bank and cancel payment. Just tell them you believe the company is a fruad.

www.led-concepts.com has some great pricing going on right now. I don't knwo if their website reflects the updated pricing but email the owner. I got mine for cheap.
