Broken 06 absolute platinum

Finally happened to me :-(

came down hard on the tail, and heard a SNAP looked down and saw the tail completely cracked... Pretty frustrating, and that ended my day today. Luckily, the guys at surf and skate are taking care of the issue and hopefully sending me an 07 asap. Also have some 06 murrays I broke that are out... I guess im just hard on my equipment.

You said it "came down hard on the tail" boards arn't made to come down hard on the tail. If you do this alot you will break boards.

yep, it was a bad landing, i dont blame it on the board as much as the landing.

Blame the board, I broke my 2006 ab plat landing on the tail and just about broke it off. They did replace it, so I'm not really complaining. I did buy a back up Pure just in case it happened again.

How long did it take to get your new board? By the way, im in no way knocking this board, its amazing, and i guess this is the price I pay for having a light board. Seems like CWB is good about their warranty so theres no worry. Although, Im not sure if I want an 07 with the "john deere" design

I took it back to the dealer and got the new one same day.

As a MN Twins fan, I'm a little upset about my new board. I hope the A's beat the Tigers though. Zito is pretty tight.

Delta, its a packers board get it right.

I live in WI and ride the packer board, but Im sure I will get some ish for it when I move back to Niner country.

Man i hate both of those teams(go halos!). I wonder if I could get the Platinum's carbon look with the foam version graphic. i love that new graphic.
