I have an 07 moomba outback and I'm ready took hook up my system. I have 2 Entity's and a kicker amp. My question is once I run the speaker wires down the tube of the tower what do I use to drill through the hull, or is there a better way, or is there a kit that comes 12 guage speaker wire that has a hull attachment. My cd player is in the dash right behind the passenger, so I want to mount my amp in there. Thats where I would bring the wires through the hull. If anyone has done this or has done this to a moomba please let me know. I pick my boat up in 2 weeks and want to have everything I need to wire these things up. Thanks}

My mobius runs the wire right through the bottom end of the tower, and then through a hole in the fiberglass under the tower "foot".

You could unhook one leg to see if the tower is hollow there.

The outback will not work like the mobius. You will need to either order a factory tower speaker wiring harness which includes a thru hull connection. I think bullet lines also offers a harness that will work. You will need to drill I believe a 5/8" hole in the hull. I would buy a new one to make sure it is sharp. Also layer masking tape where you drill to eliminate gel cracking. With your guide bit start in reverse through the gel then go forward. I have installed speakers on over 50 supra's and moombas. Let me know if you have any other questions.
