Hi I am a year 11 student from Macquarie College ( Australia). I am currently completeing a PDHPE course on Biomechanics. WE have been given an assessment on how anatomical structures influence the way our body moves as well as what aspects of physical fitness influence movement efficiency. We are required to select a movement and explain the muscles and movements used in this action. I have selected a deep water wakeboard start. Although i do wakeboard myself i am still haveing difficulty explaining movements and the muscles groups used. Any information or hints would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou
