what do you guys think of these? Thoughts on this boat vs team edition? Larger engine for more out of the hole power? MB builds only about 300 boats yearly and their quality seems to be very good. Combine that with the cali influenced graphics and look and it's a pretty nice package. Want to say thanks to Gerry at AWS. If you are considering a boat go see him. Very professional and a straight shooter which I have found hard to come by in my boat shopping experience.

I have an 06 V23 Team that I really like (of coarse). The wake with the ballast full is huge and perfectly shaped, much more than I need. If I would have tested more I probably would have got the regular edition (without the front ballast) so I could have had the option for the leg room up front. I got the 6L (375HP) without the two speed, even with the boat and balast full the boat has no problem getting out of the hole, as long as you are willing to floor it. I also have the pro tower which I am on the fence about. I like the looks alot (seems like people love it or hate it) but the thing is a pain to put up and down, nearly impossible without two people. Every time I use the boat I am more and more impressed. The craftsmanship is excellent, and my favorite part is I know I have one of the best boats out there and I am usually the only one on the lake.

I am on my second MB and about to buy my third. I started w/ a 98 Boss 210 bought IN 98 for 27,000 and traded it in on a 03 220V for 26,000. Now I have ordered a 07 B52. There is no better boat on the market as far as I am concerned. In my trade I work on most every boat out there and see first hand all their short cuts. MB's craftSmanship is second to none. You sure could spend more money if you would like but I see no reason.

This is really good feedback. I am basically down to it's the exact same price for an 06 loaded VLX red & gray (gray upper and lower with main re, wine red panel) or a tribal print B52 non team edition. Both boats are sick to say the least but it's basically a toss up. Feed back would be appreciated.

Personally I would go with the MB, I've heard nothing but good things about them. The malibus also have a great reputation but they are far, far more common. It's just my opinion but I'd go with the MB.
