I wasn't very impressed with the sub 6, seems like if you look at it too hard it will break and you can hardly tell the difference in wieght between the DH/CSV1 or the Platnums from C-dubb

really trevor cuz when i picked up the sub 6 it was half the weight of a plati... in my opinion. plus twice as strong...

maybe not the platty but there was not a noticable difference between the DHV1 142 and the Sub6 138.

I dont know if I can justify $800 for a board, but Im sure someone will pay it.

The Sub6 is 800, the platty's are cheaper i think, atleast the 07's, and the V1's are around 6.

I think CWB is going to win the light snappy core battle. Been doing it for years, super light, and FAR cheaper than anyone else.

sure, i like cool graphics as much as the next guy, but if i'm stoked on how i ride on the board, that's all i need. i don't need sick looking boards to boost my confidence. i need sick riding boards.

if the graphics suck, that is what spraypaint is for.

what's up with the GB line of boards? are any of the shapes new? the last I remember reading(it was a few years back) was that the ricky g is still the original premier shape. is that still the case? how about randall's board? same shape?

I could care less about the graphics personally, but they are pretty slick.

ricky g has a new shape ...ricky's boards are wider and longer and im sure there are other things done to the boards....i dont know about randalls ...

Randall's board was new last year and they added a size this year. They also added a new board called the prospect and a super light gator board with carbon fiber and adjustable fins -- both looked pretty sick.
