Its low, but no where near as low as I've seen it. I think its just under 40% (more like 36-38%). If you don't want to camp i can hook up rental homes. Drop me line if interested.

Yeah it's pretty darn low. Watch out for unmarked shallow spots. Need a local to come show you around? Will guide for AM pulls.
