i dont know if you guys have any interest in this at all and if you dont i wont post this anymore ...... this was christopher and me wednesday about 4pm at santa cruz ...... he rode his first short board waves today and he was stoked Big Time ..... 6 of them in all ...... the surf was supposed to be 19' but it was only about 12' and 4' to 8' where i long board at ....... had a new camera which is a replacement for warranty work on ours ...... pics got screwed up and i ended up getting really sick on top of it ...... but got enough pics to give you guys an idea

the surf has been big for over a week and friday night i surfed at cowells in about 3' to 5' from 4:30 to 7:30 at night ..... it was a god moment as wa

wave after wave rolled in and the rides were incredibly long and there was 3 of us out there ....... going sunday to boot ...... hope you guys like the rough pics!!

Frank, I longboard, usually in Pismo or San Onofre. I'd love to grab one of my sticks and tag along as Santa Cruz is just right over the hill from me. I've just always heard stories on how there not laid back like Pismo or San Onofre.

@robert mitchell ...... i make the drive from oakley/concord through san jose every time ..... i get alot of oppurtunity to go when its good and been getting out there almost 3 times a week the last month ...... always looking for a traveling buddy can pick you up along the way ...... the waves have been awesome this month and im pretty comfortable at cowels or the lane ...... cowels is safe and easiest ...... the lane is bigger and funner waves ..... you can ride waves at cowels that are 100yds plus ...... its a ton of fun and on a minus low tide you can walk around out there so its great for learning ...... you can surf there at dark becuase its lit up enough and man having all those great waves to yourself is flippin incredible

rich all you gotta do is come and youll be surfing no time dude you dont need any lesson
