I just learned the HS Backroll at the end of last season. This year, my take-off is more like a Raley (although I can't do a Raley), and I'm having trouble with the rotation. Any suggestions? Too much weight on my front foot? Too much line tension?

I'm also working on the TS Frontroll this year. It seems I either under rotate or over rotate every time. Spotting the landing is nearly impossible and I think that's the biggest part of my problem. Help?
