Contact the local rep if you feel you have been ripped off. MC is VERY accomodating to it's customers if you go through the right channels. Blasting a dealer here, IMO, is not going through the right channels.....If you have tried everything and still no satisfaction, post the details.

waiting to hear from the m/c rep. this has been an ongoing problem. the dealer is very aware that they have many complaints against them.

Cool....I know its difficult, but keep a cool head and the rep should take care of you.

The Las Vegas MC dealer has been in and out of business with different owners for years...a long tradition of not being able to get things right.

Despite that, I agree with Byrd. Try to be patient and wait to see how the rep handles things. If that doesn't get things solved, then come on here and vent your rear off with all of the dirty details.

This helps to explain why the MC dealer in Vegas has always struggled. When you buy a boat, I think you need to consider if the dealer has a very long track record.

On a side note, it's a wonder how any business can stay afloat with all the gambling, strippers, hookers, etc out there...

Jay-Psycho... why hate?? If my daddy bought me a new huge dealership I wouldnt complain, would you??

If you dont like their business go else where, we are in America and that is the beauty of free enterprise. If they are really that bad, they will put themselves out of business.

mike johnson -

are you kidding me? are you really that uneducated that you would post something like that. I am sure that jason has absolutely nothing better to do than spend his time on an issue on a depreciating asset that is purely a toy. People who cannot run a responsible business should not be in it. do you mind if I ask wha you do for aliving mike?

I am kind of confused at why my statement is uneducated. History proves itself with many companies. If you want me to run you a list, I would be more than happy to show you some examples. If I wanted to personally attack you with respect to education, I would question your spelling "aliving" is that a word?!?!?!

I am not the issue here. You hit the nail on the head with the "issue". THe issue is that some people have nothing better to do but spend time on the internet talking "smack". THe real question is this "JASON - HAVE YOU DIRECTLY DEALT WITH THIS DEALERSHIP AND ADDRESSED YOUR CONCERNS??"

My family and I have for the three years they have been in business and have always been shown respect. We have bought our second boat from them and always a great service relationship with them.

where is mr. freeman...calling mr.freeman??!!

there really isnt a dealer out there that doesnt have any lacky's working for them or screws something up

but please tell us the situation

as someone stated earlier it is the dealers track record that is most important, i learned that buying a Supreme in PHX and in LV there isnt really anyone to service them, we have had problems at MC and Tige but Matt at Tige has been the only one that was willing to take the challenge on, even the Centurion dealer really didnt want to have much to do with us

with that being said, Matt @ Boats of Nevada(Tige) will most likely be selling us a boat in the near future and even is on WakeWorld

if you read this Matt knock another 1k off for that plug!

haha

Jonny,

not to hijack, but my buddy has just bought a Supreme and it has had a gazillion things go wrong on it, was yours a lemon as well?

Matt is one of the best guys to work with. You can't go wrong there. Hijack over, sorry.

Backsidethree,

it is good to hear that someone does have good experience with them.

Tall

all in all it has been a decent boat, they need weight in the bow to help the ride and need about 1600lbs to produce a nice wake but then my 315hp is a bit under powered.

we had a problem with a seat ripping almost right away and neither the dealer nor ski supreme would respond to us. also, the ballast is pretty shoty as well. i have replaced all the lines(hoses) which are A MOTHER F-ER TO DO, the vinyl isnt very great, and now we have a broken drive shaft due to the motor not being aligned from the factory and messed up motor mounts from the factory.

overall the build quality on the boat is pretty poor, i have since removed every seat just to get access to the v-drive and any nut and bolt used was not lock washered or some had 4 nuts on them

anyways, i think they are cleaning things up on these boats but i guess not. let me know if i can help your buddy out in anyway, also, maintenance is a MOTHER F-ER to do on the boat as well
