I enjoy reading on this forum and thought I would post some pics of our boat 2003 glastron gx185. I have major boat envy seeing many of the rigs on here. Can't wait to upgrade in a few years. Boat only had 60 hours on it and it has been a great first boat. We added the tower and swimplatform. All work was done by me which I am proud of.

Awesome! Looks very similar to the boat we ride behind 90% of the time. We are hoping to upgrade next year to a wake boat. In the end as long as you can hang out with friends, ride and have a good day on the lake it doesn't matte what your in!

I think an I/O is a good starting point on a boat.. They are so much easier to maneuver I think. I am in my first inboard as of a few months ago, and it still is hard getting used to docking an inboard. The control is very limited compared to an I/O or straight up outboard.
