Another Perfect pass question

So my perfect pass is not adjusting after I get to speed. What happens is once I reach speed it beeps but it won't adjust the cable, basically it goes limp and I lose my throttle all together. I call perfect pass and they had me do a bunch of tests which they all worked out fine. So they felt it might be the motor, I just don't want to buy a new servo motor if its not the problem. Plus the system has hardly any use....anyone else had this same problem happen?

All I can say is good luck I had the same problem along with many others with my perfect pass on that problem I think it was the mother board that was bad on mine. It was not engaging the motor so it would never tighten up. I have replaced everything but the motor on mine and adjusted everything hundreds of times and still can not get it to work right. I believe my 14 year old boy can keep speed better than my perfect pass.
