Anybody know where I can get a 2XL Vapor Comp vest? I've tried a bunch of stores already and they don't have them! Tried one on on the weekend and loved it.

POSITIVE it was 2XL, but i'm guessing that it may have been a 2004 because i just called buywake and they said that they didn't make 2XL in 2005.

Hey if you haven't bought already make sure you buy a size or two smaller then what actually feels comfortable. I got into a XL cause everything else seemed tight...then after about 3 weeks of riding it is too loose. Just a thought anyone else have this issue?

I know you're already set on this one but I'll put my 2 cents in anyways -- definitely pick one up, I love this vest. Floats great and floatation improves with use.

I have a 2xl and you can have it. I hate it. The padding gets all bunched up and I had to basically take the thing apart to get it straight. Then whenever you take a good fall, the thing comes up around your head and then of course, the padding gets messed up again. I agree that it's comfortable, but definitely go 1 size smaller if you're set on getting it - I'm decent sized and I still could have squeezed into an XL and probably been in much better shape than the 2xl.

Hey David. Sorry to hear you didn't like it. I understand what you mean about it bunching up, but it's better than the one i have that ALWAYS comes undone. I'm willing to fight with the bunching. Is it still in pretty good condition? How much you want for it? where you from?

I'm not sure if we're on the same page with the bunching. I not talking about the vest coming up around your head and you pulling it back down. I'm talking about the actual neoprene-like padding inside the vest bunching up, thereby necessitating a 3 inch careful separation of the stitching in the bottom of the vest in order to correct the padding issue each time out. Sucky.} The vest is a 2XL, but like I said, unless you are bigger than 6'5, 250lbs, I'd go with a regular XL.

I undrestand what you mean now. It's all good. As for the size, I did wear a XXL and it seemed to be good for me. I'm 6'1 248 lbs.
