I know one person who wakeboards w/ sunglasses on but they are prescription so I don't think that counts. he probably wouldn't be able to see the wake without them!

I wear shades when I ride . I don't have to worry bout spray, wind, bugs, etc.....I also wear gloves when I board ....UNLESS--I'm out with Clubmyke and I forget my rope!

As far as how it looks? Don't care what anyone thinks, but I'll occasionally cave to peer pressure (I miss wearing my drysuit all the time!)

WES!! Don't cave in to the prissy folk and turn into a clone!!!...You look like you're havin' a blast out there!!

How do you keep from loosing them during the big crashes?

?

Crash? What's that?!? (Ok, back to reality)

Floaty strap! The bad news is, they're gone, cuz I didn't notice they fell off during one of my MANY splats!

Oh well, back to the dollar store! (I must maintain my "Joe Cool" image for my adoring fan base!)

Stanfield--I have very understanding friends.....

That weekend I got harrassed into losing the drysuit, and trunkin' it...I couldn't let it ALL go, cold-turkey...........My relapses are fewer and fewer though

I think I've seen Wes wear his shades riding in a comp in Bakersfield. He took a really hard crash, they got shoved up under his helmet. Didn't know he actually still had them until he took off his helmet.

Be your own dog...
