quick question

i am installing an audio system in my boat, and i was wondering where i should run the ground cable to? usually in car audio i hook it up to something metal... my thought is run it to the negative side of my battery. any help would be great!

well the ground wire is normally ran in the old harness, you just need to wire it up... technicly the ground wire is already ran, and i believe its the black wire.

Negative terminal on your battery using 0 gauge wire. Very important to have a solid ground.
