Anyone that has met Steve knows how awesome this guy is for the sport. Talk about picking the best guy for the job. Congrats Bates, you are my hero on so many levels. It's hard to find a team manager that will instruct his golden retriver to lick you in the mouth while you are asleep, but Steve is the exception!
