A new rifle or I'll put it towards a 40D/50D. I just don't use it that much and it seems like a waste to have it just sitting around.

I'll bring it with me and you guys can check it out. It's missing the Af/M focus button but I'll see if I can get it replaced before then.

Riley, What body are you using? I had the 2.8 15mm and traded up to the 3.5 8mm. On my 20d body it's way better. If you're on a FF body I'd go with the 15mm. I got some sick pics with the fishy in Hawaii. When I get back I'll post some up. Oh the 17-40 f4 is great for a walk around lens. I use it all the time and would never get rid of it. The 50mm will limit you a lot. Do you have the 50mm 1.8? If not, very cheap and awesome lens.

Yeah Joe I have shot with the Sigma 8 and I loved it but with my housing it is too much I can see the inside of the port. I would like to see what the canon looks like inside the housing.

I doubt the 15mm will work with your set up Riley. It has the permanent lens hood on it and that will hit the lens port.

i have the 17-40, its a really nice lens, super sharp and great for landscape. IMO its not quite a walk around lens, but definitely nice to have in your arsenal.

i had a 17-40 and it was a little short as a walk around lens (though it is great for landscape shooting) and is a stupid good deal at $600 new. it was replaced my the 24-70 f2.8...a lot more $$$ but worth it.

Yeah i have room in there for the lens hood because it was built around my 10-22 and that is much bigger than the 15mm. I am just worried that i still might see inside of the port. I also think a 17 -40 will fit in the housing just wondering if it will be a good focal length inside the housing.
