I thought you ment plates in your head

Very cool! Is there a web site to see if plate ideas are taken?
Old     (deepstructure)      Join Date: Jun 2002       11-25-2003, 5:58 PM Reply
hehe - no plates in the head...yet!

here's the website to custom order.

http://www.dmv.ca.gov/online/elp/elp.htm

couldn't find anything on there to search ones already taken. they just say they have the right to refuse it if they don't like it for any reason or it conflicts or is too close to another plate.

No but I did try to get PRIAPSM for an off-road car that I used to have. Fat chance!

Ended up with OWNINIT. Not a wakeboarding plate but a funny story.

Christopher,

Don't forget that it adds an extra $25.00/yr. to your normal vehicle reg. fees.

ya, but it was the cheapest plate by far - for both initial cost and annual fee. such a rip! like it costs the state anymore to do your registration with a vanity plate than not.

A plate like those would be a one off fee of $1750 in my state (Queensland Australia)and its only a choice of 6 leters anything over that is sold at auction, some guy bought ferrari for $7000

I used to have DBL UPS I thought that was pretty sweet, then I sold the car and just said "F-it". I should look into getting that back....

Mine reads:
VC22348
The vehicle code for excessive speed. Funny thing is, nobody knows what it is 'cept the police. They get a kick out it.

I wanted to get one for my truck that read:
PC 266h- The penal code for pimpin'... the wife wouldn't let me.

Hey it's desire for higher in my book...haha.
One thing I just noticed Chris is that you are parked really close to the wall, almost looks like you are going to ding your car.

Speaking of plates...I'm not sure what those are called but the plates you can put on the front of your car? You always see the ones with "Parrothead" on them. Anyways has anyone ran into any that relate to wakeboarding?

Who has personal registration on their boat? Our first San had SA 720, the second SA 900, and the current one has SA 540

My mates boat rego is DO OR DI (do or die). Don't have a photo so you'll just have to take my word for it.
