eddy what weight do you use in that boat?
Old     (olddude)      Join Date: Oct 2003       10-23-2006, 4:39 AM Reply
Eddy plumbed in two 750lb sacks in the rear lockers and two sacks under the seats in the bow, not sure what size they are, the ones in the bow where made for that area.

We have the Fly_High custom system for the X-Star, all plumbed in to the standard system.
2 x 825 (back) + 2 x 275 (front) + about 300# of moveable lead pipes.

to will and drew a while back. Scott Pipals post was on Lake Geneva. My home lake!!!! i actually live 1 community over from that property and swim in their pool all the time. Its called the South Shore Club and i have a couple friends that live in the houses. They are super tight. 3 full floors plus a basement. movie theatres 3 kitchens 7 beds 5 baths. They are insane. It is a community pool and hot tub and they have a full bar in the pool house and showers and uh... its fairly gnarly. Therer are still a few lots available to the millionaires who are interested in the midwest. they have community boats as well as personal slips. they have a cobalt or two a chris craft a whaler a bunch o sea doos and all free gas!!!!! for the 3,000 you pay for monthly dues unlimited gas is quite nice.

Hey Chris-
What does something like that go for in East Tennessee?
Old     (chill720)      Join Date: Jul 2003       10-24-2006, 3:11 PM Reply
It's 2 bed/2 bath about 1420 sq ft. 100ft of lake front, and we are selling for $299,900. The houses on our lake are overpriced in my opinion, but it is the lake to be on in the area, so you have to go with the motto "you gotta pay to play!" Words to live by with this sport! We are just selling to build a house on the lake something a little bigger.

Chris, that's not bad at all. To get on the lake I'm on.... for lakefront it's a min 400k. We're about 3 hours from chicago so they've driven the prices up. there's only so much lakefront.... that seems like a great deal to me!
Old     (solo)      Join Date: Oct 2001       10-24-2006, 5:30 PM Reply
400K for lake front property isn't bad at all.

Don't get too jealous everyone. I try and keep things modest, but sometimes I just can't help myself.
